Oh! My Lord Mahaveera! Thirthankara! Arihant! Jina!
One is blessed to be born a Jain as I am in this birth!
Love and non-violence, peace and harmony to all-Thy fiat
Let me behave as a true Jain- following Thy footsteps fast!

Ahimsa, satya, asteya, bramhacharya-all my vows
Non violence, truthfulness, non stealing, chastity
All I know on earth as you have shown the path
All I need to know and follow as the right on earth!

Namo Arihantanam: – I bow to the enlightened souls
Namo Siddhanam: – I bow to the liberated souls
Namo Ayariyanam: – I bow to religious leaders
Namo Uvajjayanam: – I bow to religious teachers
Namo Loe Savva Sahunam: – I bow to all monks of the world

Eso Panch Namukkaro: – These five salutations are capable of
Savva Pava Panasano: destroying all the sins and this is
Mangalancha Savvesin the first happiness among all forms
Padhamam Havai Mangalam: of happiness.

Oh! My Lord! Let me not do any harm even to germs
Let me finish my dinner early,-avoiding harm to worms
No harm to humans, animals and birds- any living being
Grant me moksha allowing no karmas accumulating!
