Image result for Image of a cell phone on hand while speaking

CELLS are inevitable in the present day society all over
CELLS seem to be dangerous species- of course not human cells ever
Society sans Cells-small rooms in Jails confining convicts for life
Atrocities and criminal activities will grow, world becomes a HELL

Different days were there when great leaders like Mahatma and others
Were confined to cells for years by the cruel British- freedom struggle
It was- Andaman cells classic! Cells of today with criminals galore-
Unfortunately true and inevitable for the society’s security.

One of the highlights of the CPC Annual Seminar is the release of the Anthology EFFLORESCENCE and this year it was 19th.

My following poem that finds a place in the Anthology reflects my views on this:

WELCOME TWENTY, WELCOME NINETEEN
Welcome Two Thousand Twenty-as developed India
Envisaged by the Scientist President Dr. Kalam
Love, service, peace, joy, compassion all bring in a plenty
Collectively everyone to strive to reach that goal
Opportunities unlimited gifted by Nature
Mankind to live in peace and amity everywhere
Everlasting peace and plenty society’s needs quite sure!

Twenty years in the current century great indeed
We the proud poets of India Poetry Center
Eagerly expect to give the best in this happy world
Nice honor to be a part of this organization
Totally wedded to peace and harmony amidst all
Yes! God is sure to bless all of us –duty bound poets!

Welcome to Efflorescence Nineteen-anthology nice
Encouraging all poets young and old, publishing their poems
Learned highly knowing the art and science of poetry
Completed many anthologies to the joy of all
Over to the poets fraternity from all over the Nation!
Members overjoyed at the Efflorescence and the Meet
Eagerly looking forward year after year treat!

Never I am give in to dishonesty and falsehood
Intelligence means not wisdom that comes out of one’s age
None to be blamed for one’s faults and foolishness be careful
Efflorescence blossoms into flowers spreading fragrance
That drives away all negativities in the readers
Ever fresh poems that give peace to the readers all times
Enthusiasm and encouragement poets enjoy
Nineteen and Twenty great numbers inspiring all of us!

P S: An acrostic poem every line having 14 syllables.

A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out;
Yeah…the one who will always after the death of your parents or spouse;
Every girl has a great friend and every girl’s friendship is always put to an end;
Every boy has a nice friend and every boy’s friendship always extend;
Friend makes us happier and stronger;
True friend makes our positive thinking into goal;
Friends are our strength always to live a peaceful life.

Indian Republic Seventy One
Democratic fruits enjoyed fine
Democratic rights availed in full
Democratic values laid in lull!

Rights yielded place to a free license
License to indulge in deeds nonsense
Nonsense leading to atrocities
Beyond all due sensitivities!

Achievements galore, pride on one hand
Atrocities galore, ashamed we stand!

Corrupted mind, stained thoughts, evil deeds
Here and there, everywhere, pity indeed!

Our success and failure, good and bad
Who is responsible- sure I am!
R-day resolve- to all should be same!
“Let me mend my mind, tame my thought
With power of will, evils to be fought
Sure allow not my Motherland rot!

On the last Saturday in January serves as a reminder to
Gardeners that spring is on its way.  an ideal time for gardeners to
Gather and swap seeds in preparation starting seeds indoor.

The seed swap is a fundamental part of human history.

For many reasons ranging from cultivating rare, heirloom varieties
To basic thrift. The exchange of seeds perpetuates biodiversity.

SALUTE THE INA LEADER.

Subhas Chandra Bose an Indian nationalist whose defiant
Patriotism made him a hero in our holy Motherland India.
His attempt during World War Two to rid India of British rule
With the help of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan had its own critics.

Today twenty third January is his birth day-born in Eighteen
Ninety Seven in Cuttack and died in Nineteen Forty Five in TaipeiTaiwan.
Nick named as Netaji was born to Janakinath Bose Prabhabati Bose,
