DYNGUS DAY Polish”  “Wet Monday” in Polish held on “Easter Monday” in “Poland”
In Czech Republic” Slovakia” Hungary” and parts of western “Ukraine”

For a whole day observed by Polish diaspora communities, particularly among “Polish Americans”
Boys throw water over girls and spank them with “Pussy willow” branches on Easter Monday,
And girls do the same to boys. accompanied by other rituals, making verse declarations
And holding door-to-door processions, boys dressed as bears.

ASSESSMENT OF LOVE!

Love indeed is not physical but mental and emotional-DIVINE
World at large give meanings and messages different-only physical!
Assessment of one’s love goes awry with ones mental focus pathetic
How do you differ in assessment from time to time -practical-fantastic!

A little girl had two nice apples in her hand given by her father
She was enjoying the very look and not felt like eating-urgently!
Her mother requested her child to give one to her-daughter bit the apple
Mother was a little upset and asked the child to give the other at least
The child bit the other apple also instantly to mother’s annoyance!
She was about to express her disappointment at the child’s attitude.
The innocent childs gave the first apple to her mother happily
And said: “The first was tastier and sweeter”! Mother felt ashamed
At her mistaken assessment of Love of her dear daughter!
Many indeed just jump to assess the love of others-wrong or right
Wrong assessment leads to annoyance and anger very often
To revise the assessment later realizing the factual position!-

BYE TO MEAT EATING

1.
How can be graceful
One who takes animal’s flesh
To keep his flesh fresh!                                      (251)

For the meat eaters
No grace left; wealth of no use
Who cares not but fritters!                               (252)

3.
The one who takes flesh
Sees not the grace of life great
Killer minds his knife!                               (253)

4.Non-killing is grace
Killing graceless; eating meat
Sure a sin – disgrace!                                       (254)

Bye to meat! Lives saved!
Hell welcomes the meat eaters
Path to hell well laid!                                      (255)

Killing life for meat
Selling flesh for money – sin
No more flesh to eat!                                       (256)

Flesh – another’s sore

Will abstain from meat eating

Here we have NATIONAL POULTRY DAY today Nineteenth March
Eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast, an open-faced turkey avocado sandwich for lunch and then perhaps a good, ol’ fashioned fried chicken dinner to finish off the day. Poultry is the theme for March 19th as it is National Poultry Day.
Poultry refers to domestic birds that are raised for meat and eggs. These birds include chicken, turkey, ducks, geese, quail, and pheasant.  Poultry is farmed in large numbers with chickens being the most numerous.
Poultry can be prepared in many different ways including roasting, baking, frying, grilling, sautéing, steaming and roasting.

Look at these ignorant and innocent looking hen and rooster
Not knowing its fate in a minutes few at the hands of the men
Great creation of the Almighty, my great Lord Omnipotent
To be at peace and harmony with all HIS creations!

Let us try  and make efforts to follow the Tamil Poet Valluvar
And take to vegetarianism in all spirit good and valuable
And spare the valuable lives of all birds and animals
Live to the traditions of India that is Bharath our homeland!

“National I Want You to be Happy Day” is  on March Third
America observes on first Sunday of each year great
A day to encourage all to do something to make others happy.
Put a smile on someone’s face makes to put one on ours, too.

How to has an infinite answers.  A flower here,
A simple knock-knock joke there.  Buy the person’s coffee
Standing in line behind us  Remind our kids how much they love others.
Leave a sticky note for a co-worker telling them to have a joyful day!

Let us draw a happy face in the sand or wall for a stranger
To come across later. Let us give children and friends a hug.

Our Homeland India that is Bharath firmly believes in family bonds
Brother and sister or parents and children or husband and wife-strongly bonded
With love and affection, respect and regards-more with husband-wife relationship
A divine bond it is considered to sail in the ocean of life with strong ship!

One such divine couple- husband and wife pair was Mahatmaji and his spouse Kastur Bha
Kasturbai “Kasturba” Mohandas Gandhi born Kasturbai Makhanji Kapadia
An Indian political activist and the wife of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.
In association with her husband, she was involved in the Indian independence
Movement in British-ruled India. Adar-sh couple were they who need to be emulated
Today is Kasthurba’s memorial day and we salute her on this day!

Players assembled from more than fifty countries-homage
Paid by the great and noble Ambassadors of Peace!

Eleventh Guntur International Poetry Festival
Was the great event-with the theme memorable
“ALL FOR PEACE AND PEACE FOR ALL” stable
All singing the song pf peace-peace for the world!

One poet from Chennai was there enjoying every minute
Contributing his humble bit-poem in TELUGU
In TAMIL and in ENGLISH- only poet to in languages three
Youngest one Nivetha in ENGLISH well received by all!

Of the college same with their son and daughter-grand son

Senior Citizens not to be deemed as burden
And left in the old age home! Sure duty of children
To keep with them and shower all love and affection
That they received from parents while they were young or old!

1. Do Not climb staircase.
If must climb, Hold on firmly to Stair-case railings.💐

2. Do not rapidly twist your head.
Warm up your whole body first.😇

3. Do not bend your body to touch your toe. Warm up your whole body first.

4. Do not stand to wear your “Pants”. Wear your Pants while sitting down🙏

5. Do not sit up when lying face up. Sit up from one side (left hand side, or right hand
side) of your body.🙌

6. Do not twist your body before exercise. Warm up whole first.

7. Do not walk backwards.
Falling backwards can result in serious injury.❤

8. Do not bend waist to lift Heavy weight. Bend your knees & Lift up Heavy object while half
squatting.😎

9. Do not get up fast from bed. Wait a few minutes before getting up from bed.🚩

10. Do not over force defecation. Let it come naturally. 😇
