Have little to impact-negative or positive, negative and positive! a paradox!
What stress can do can be experienced- more important is to be aware of stress
And the ways to be away from or not to fall a victim to stress!

Today April sixteenth is National Stress Awareness Day. The day
Designed by the Health Resource Network in nineteen ninety two to raise
Awareness of stress. Day is a chance to take a deep breath and relax.
Stress has a negative effect on the immune system -research has proved.

Chronic stress takes greater toll on our body than acute stress.
Raises blood pressure, increases the risk of heart attack and stroke,
Anxiety and depression, hastens the aging process.
Stress is one omnipresent
Easily coped sure by the competent
On the body and on the mind
On the soul and on the intellect

What a funny world is this in which we live and spend all our times
Unique in ways many but peculiarities several!
Man to live in peace and harmony to develop qualities nice
Sure neither fear nor anger can be delicious spice!

Man does wrongs –big and small, cheap and costly all through the life
Ever under constant fear that when exposed loses name
Fear manifests through hatred and anger losing much earned fame
Very difficult to come out of both while young and to tame!

‘Worst thing to fear is fear’-easily said than done
When one does right thing in right fashion that will be well done
There is nothing to fear- no need for anger to set in
May God help us to be normal sans fear and anger fine!

Learn my little boy how to have patience in ride
In poverty learn to be patient and honest
With a blank mind too one has to learn, be patient
With patience one can live happily on this earth

FOOLS FIRST!

Words of wisdom of my noble father almost daily
“Rouges and fools must be punished-fools first” great saying mildly
Failed to realize for long but today at seventy six
I feel I deserve to be punished and I am punished!

Things big or small, carelessness out of foolishness arise,
Extracting painful actions a lot- leak from the loft tank
Sans stopper- unnoticed floods the whole house requiring drain
Energy gone, pains in the joints increase- fool punished first!

Beloved father from his heavenly abode from his
Eighty seventh year- thirty years since- I hear
His voice of wisdom-“Rouges and Fools must be punished Fools first”
I feel I deserve to be punished and I am punished!

(Based on real life experience many times, the latest on 10/7/17 at home while alone!!!!!)

That perfect, quiet moment we strive for and do hope may come never
The wise have to understand and accept this fact of life for ever
Chaos around and within us can not be ended but to be endured
